Drug-Drug Interaction: Milifast 100 mg Injection 1's may interact with anticoagulants, drugs treating skin diseases (acitretin, isotretinoin), antibiotics (penicillin), anaesthetic agents (methoxyflurane), oral contraceptives, antacids, and iron supplements. 

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid dairy products and alcohol while using Milifast 100 mg Injection 1's.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Before taking Milifast 100 mg Injection 1's, let your doctor know if you have any liver or kidney diseases and allergic reactions to tetracycline antibiotics or other medicines.

• Include whole-grain foods like multigrain bread and brown rice in your diet.

• Include more fibre-enriched food in your diet that is easily digested by gut bacteria. Fibre foods may also help restore healthy gut bacteria after a course of antibiotics. 
• Avoid intake of alcoholic beverages as it can make you dehydrated and affect your sleep. 
• Manage stress, eat healthily, drink plenty of water, exercise regularly, and get plenty of sleep. 

• Renal, hepatic, and blood function tests are advised during prolonged therapy to rule out any toxicity caused due to overdose of Milifast 100 mg Injection 1's. 
• Milifast 100 mg Injection 1's may interfere with certain laboratory tests like urine catecholamine levels; hence inform your doctor beforehand that you are using Milifast 100 mg Injection 1's before undergoing any examinations.
• Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhoea (CDAD) is reported during the usage of antibiotics like Minocycline. Please consult your doctor if you experience prolonged diarrhoea.
