About Minoz Gel
Minoz Gel belongs to the class of 'tetracycline antibiotics', used to treat severe acne vulgaris (pimples) and rosacea (redness and visible blood vessels on the face). It effectively treats inflammatory lesions of non-nodular moderate to severe acne vulgaris.
Minoz Gel contains 'Minocycline', which works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis and stops bacterial growth. It shows a bacteriostatic effect, which prevents the multiplication of bacteria.
Common side effects include dryness, peeling, burning/stinging sensation, irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. If these side effects persist longer, please consult your doctor.
