Mintop 10% Gel is used to treat alopecia (hair loss). Mintop 10% Gel stimulates hair growth and slows down the process of balding. Alopecia is the thinning or loss of hair on the scalp or any part of the body.

Mintop 10% Gel contains Minoxidil, which widens the blood vessels and helps provide oxygen, blood, and nutrients to the hair follicles, thereby preventing hair cell death and promoting new hair growth.

Some common side effects of Mintop 10% Gel include changes in the color/texture of the hair, excessive hair growth, headache, itching, skin irritation, dryness, shortness of breath, scaling of the skin, and redness. These side effects usually do not require medical attention. If the side effects persist, consult a doctor.

Mintop 10% Gel is used for the treatment of Alopecia/hair loss.
Mintop 10% Gel is a vasodilator and widens the blood vessels promoting the blood flow. This process helps nourish the hair cells with the supply of oxygen and nutrients and thus stimulates hair growth.
You may notice hair shedding during the initial 2-6 weeks of treatment, which is normal. Hair loss gradually stops after two weeks of treatment. If it persists for over two weeks, stop using Mintop 10% Gel and consult your doctor.
Hair growth is a slow process, and it usually takes four months to see the best results of Mintop 10% Gel.
Mintop 10% Gel is for topical use only. Do not put a bandage or dressing on the affected area while treating with Mintop 10% Gel. If the medicine gets into your eyes, nose or mouth, rinse with cold water. Do not blow-dry your scalp after using Mintop 10% Gel. Do not apply Mintop 10% Gel on shaved, inflamed, infected, irritated or painful scalp skin.
Mintop 10% Gel is for scalp use; do not apply it on your face. If Mintop 10% Gel gets in contact with any other body areas, rinse with water thoroughly.
It is not required to wash your hair daily after applying Mintop 10% Gel. But, make sure your hair is dry before applying Mintop 10% Gel if you have washed your hair.
Do not use Mintop 10% Gel for beard growth. Mintop 10% Gel is recommended only for hair loss on the scalp.
Do not freeze Mintop 10% Gel. Please keep it away from direct sunlight. If you are using foam, keep the foam canister away from open flame or high heat since it may explode. Do not puncture or burn an empty canister.
You are advised to use Mintop 10% Gel for as long as your doctor has told you. Using more than advised or more often will not increase effectiveness. Please follow your doctor's instructions.
The side effects of Mintop 10% Gel include changes in colour/texture of the hair, skin irritation, dryness, redness, scaling of the skin and excessive hair growth. If these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
