About Move IT OD 150 mg Capsule 10's

Move IT OD 150 mg Capsule 10's is used to treat the disorders associated with reduced gastrointestinal motility. Besides this, Move IT OD 150 mg Capsule 10's also treats gastrointestinal disorders like dyspepsia (indigestion), bloating (feeling of stomach tightness due to gas), upper abdominal pain, anorexia (eating disorder), heartburn, nausea and vomiting. In normal digestion conditions, the food is moved through the entire digestive tract (food pipe, stomach, small intestine, and large intestine) by a rhythmic contraction, i.e., peristalsis movement. This regular movement of the digestive tract is called 'gastric motility.' When an individual suffers from a digestive motility problem, these digestive tract contractions do not work correctly, leading to various gastrointestinal issues.

Move IT OD 150 mg Capsule 10's contains 'Itopride Hydrochloride', which increases the level of acetylcholine concentration and Gastrointestinal peristalsis movement, thereby accelerating gastric emptying time and easing the movement of food through the entire gastrointestinal tract. Move IT OD 150 mg Capsule 10's also stops the sensation of vomiting/nausea by blocking the D2 receptors located in the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ) of the brain, which is responsible for inducing vomiting.

Your doctor will advise you on how often you take your pills based on your medical condition. You may sometimes experience diarrhoea, stomach pain, headache, tremor (involuntary movement) and drowsiness. Most of these side effects of Move IT OD 150 mg Capsule 10's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are known to be allergic to Move IT OD 150 mg Capsule 10's or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Move IT OD 150 mg Capsule 10's is not recommended for children below 16 years of age. If pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform your doctor before taking the Move IT OD 150 mg Capsule 10's. If you have Parkinson's disease or internal bleeding of the stomach and intestine, please consult a doctor before taking Move IT OD 150 mg Capsule 10's. If you notice dark, coffee-coloured stools or blood in stools, contact your doctor immediately, as these might be signs of bleeding in the stomach.
