Nasorest Capsule 10's belongs to the class of medications called antihistamines used to relieve symptoms of hay fever and other allergic conditions such as dust or pet allergy. It may also be used to treat symptoms of urticaria/hives. An allergy is an immune system response to foreign elements known as allergens.

Nasorest Capsule 10's contains Acrivastine, which works by blocking the action of histamines (a chemical messenger that causes allergic symptoms). Thereby provides relief from allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.

In some cases, Nasorest Capsule 10's may cause drowsiness, dizziness, and dry mouth. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, reach out to your doctor.

Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Nasorest Capsule 10's may cause drowsiness, so drive or operate machinery only if you are alert. This medicine is indicated for use in children above 12 years and adults below 65 years. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and medications to rule out any side effects/interactions.

Do not take Nasorest Capsule 10's if you are allergic to any of its components or if you have severe kidney disease. Inform the doctor if you have liver or kidney problems or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Nasorest Capsule 10's may cause drowsiness and dizziness, so drive only if you are alert. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medicine. Nasorest Capsule 10's is not recommended for children below 12 years and adults above 65 years. Let the doctor know if you are taking any prescription or non-prescription medicines, including dietary or herbal supplements.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Inform the doctor if you are taking medicines used to treat anxiety or sleep disorders (sedatives or tranquillisers), antifungal (ketoconazole), or antibiotics (erythromycin)

Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid consumption of grapefruit juice while taking this medicine.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Inform the doctor if you have kidney problems.
