Neo Migrafen Tablet 10's is a combination medicine indicated to prevent and treat migraine. Migraine is a neurological condition which is characterised by an intense pulsating, throbbing, pounding, debilitating headache which usually occurs on one side of the head; however, it can occur on both sides or shift.

Neo Migrafen Tablet 10's contains Ergotamine (ergot alkaloid) and caffeine (methylxanthine). Ergotamine works by narrowing the blood vessels in the brain. Caffeine increases the absorption of ergotamine and narrows widened blood vessels.

In some cases, Neo Migrafen Tablet 10's may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, and restlessness. These side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

What if I have taken an overdose of Neo Migrafen Tablet 10's

Please do not exceed the recommended dose, as it might cause an overdose. Signs and symptoms of an overdose of Neo Migrafen Tablet 10's may include vomiting, numbness, tingling sensation, pain, blue hands and feet, lack of pulse, dizziness or lightheadedness, fainting, drowsiness, unconsciousness, coma, and seizures. Seek immediate medical attention if you observe these symptoms or think you might have taken too much. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning.
