About Nimprex-P Tablet

Nimprex-P Tablet belongs to a class of painkillers called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) used to relieve pain in conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and dysmenorrhea. Besides this, it is also useful for dental pain, muscle pain, back pain, ear pain, and throat pain. 

Nimprex-P Tablet is composed of two medicines: Nimesulide and Paracetamol. Nimprex-P Tablet works by blocking the effect of prostaglandins, a chemical responsible for inducing pain and inflammation in the body. It also lowers the elevated body temperature by promoting heat loss (through sweating), which helps reset the hypothalamic thermostat. Together, Nimprex-P Tablet helps relieve pain.

Take Nimprex-P Tablet exactly as directed by your doctor. The most common side effects of Nimprex-P Tablet are loss of appetite (in case of liver condition), nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, persistent tiredness or dark/discoloured urine. It is not necessary for everyone to experience the above side effects. In case of any discomfort, speak with your doctor.

Do not take Nimprex-P Tablet if you are allergic to painkillers like aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen or diclofenac.
