NOCOLD PLUS TABLET is a combination medicine used to relieve symptoms of cold, flu and allergies such as the runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, nasal congestion, fever and blocked sinuses. NOCOLD PLUS TABLET contains Paracetamol (Analgesic), Triprolidine (Antihistamine) and Pseudoephedrine (Decongestant). Paracetamol blocks the release of chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Triprolidine reduces the effects of histamine, which causes watery eyes, runny nose and sneezing. Pseudoephedrine works by reducing the swelling of blood vessels in the nose. This helps you to breathe more easily. Together, NOCOLD PLUS TABLET helps in providing relief from cold symptoms.
Take NOCOLD PLUS TABLET as prescribed. You are advised to take NOCOLD PLUS TABLET for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. Sometimes, you may experience certain common side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, constipation and headache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Do not take NOCOLD PLUS TABLET if you are allergic to any of its contents, if you are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors or have taken them in the last 14 days. NOCOLD PLUS TABLET contains paracetamol, do not take any other products containing paracetamol along with NOCOLD PLUS TABLET unless prescribed. Inform your doctor if you have asthma, COPD, blockage in the stomach or intestine, high blood pressure, enlarged prostate or urinary problems, glaucoma, diabetes, overactive thyroid, pheochromocytoma (tumour of the adrenal gland), heart, kidney or liver impairment. However, if you experience severe stomach pain, bloating, sudden lightheadedness or dizziness, nausea, vomiting (especially with blood), decreased hunger, or dark, tarry stools, consult the doctor immediately. Co-administration of Lomitapide and Nocold Plus Tablet may increase the risk of severity of liver injury.
