Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet is mainly used to treat acid indigestion, heartburn, sour stomach, and stomach upset. Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet may also be prescribed to make the blood or urine less acidic in certain conditions. It helps correct the acid-alkaline balance in the body.

Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet contains sodium bicarbonate, which helps neutralize the stomach's acidic pH. Thereby, Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet helps to provide relief from acidity.

Sometimes, you may experience common side effects such as dry mouth, urinating more than usual, and increased thirst. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually. However, talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet has alkaline pH, which helps in neutralising the acidic pH in the stomach. Thereby, Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet helps to provide relief from acidity and heartburn.
Do not take Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet for longer than two weeks unless prescribed by the doctor. If there is no symptomatic improvement despite using Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet for 1-2 weeks, consult your doctor.
Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet can be taken with other medicines if prescribed by the doctor. However, you are advised to maintain a gap of 2 hours between Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet and other medicines.

Therefore, if you suspect you have taken overdose of Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet , please seek medical help immediately.
Pregnant women are recommended to consult their doctor before using Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet or any antacid, as it may worsen high blood pressure during pregnancy.
Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet should be used for as long as it is advised by your doctor. However, do not use Nodomax-DS 1000 Tablet for more than 2 weeks without consulting a doctor. If acid problems persist or worsen after 2 weeks of self-treatment, seek medical help.
