About Norf TZ Tablet
Norf TZ Tablet is primarily used to treat diarrhoea, dysentery, and stomach infections. Dysentery is an intestinal infection generally lasting for three to seven days, causing severe diarrhoea with blood. Diarrhoea is a condition characterised by frequent bowel movements, resulting in loose, watery stools.
Norf TZ Tablet is a combination of norfloxacin and tinidazole. Norfloxacin helps by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and, hence, killing the bacteria. Tinidazole kills parasites that cause infections by damaging their DNA.
Some side effects of Norf TZ Tablet include nausea, dryness of mouth, stomach upset, and headache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
Do not take Norf TZ Tablet if you are allergic to Norf TZ Tablet , tinidazole, norfloxacin, or any of its ingredients, as it can lead to abnormal neurological signs (such as dizziness, vertigo, and difficulty in controlling movements).
