About Ornoderm-Rf 10Gm Crm

Ornoderm-Rf 10Gm Crm is a dermatological combination medication used to reduce swelling, itching and redness caused due to certain fungal skin infections. Fungal infection is a skin disease in which a fungus attacks the skin tissue and causes infection. Fungal infections may be contagious (spread from one person to another).

Ornoderm-Rf 10Gm Crm contains Nadifloxacin (antibiotics), Mometasone (corticosteroid) and Miconazole (antifungal). Nadifoxacin is bactericidal and works by killing bacteria that cause infections. It inhibits the repairing of bacterial cells and kills the bacteria, thereby preventing the infection's further spread. Mometasone blocks various chemical messengers (like histamine) involved in allergic and non-allergic mediated inflammation. It reduces inflammation, itchiness and redness by preventing infection-fighting white blood cells (WBCs) from travelling to the affected area of your body. Miconazole belongs to the antifungals class that works by causing holes in the fungal cell membranes and killing fungi.

Ornoderm-Rf 10Gm Crm is only for external use. Some people may experience dry skin, itching, irritation, redness or burning sensation at the application site. Most of these side effects of Ornoderm-Rf 10Gm Crm do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Directions for Use

Ornoderm-Rf 10Gm Crm is only for external use. Take a small amount of Ornoderm-Rf 10Gm Crm on the fingertip and apply it as a thin layer on the clean and dry affected area as prescribed by your doctor. Avoid contact of the Ornoderm-Rf 10Gm Crm with the nose or eyes. In case of accidental contact with these areas, rinse with water thoroughly. Wash your hands before and after using Ornoderm-Rf 10Gm Crm if your hands are not the affected area to prevent the spread of infection.
