Directions for Use

  1. For optimal absorption, use immediately after a warm shower or bath when the skin is still slightly damp and pores are open.
  2. Pump an adequate amount (usually 2–3 pumps for full body coverage) of the lotion into your palms.
  3. Massage the lotion gently into your skin using upward, circular motions.
  4. Apply an extra layer to moisture-depleted zones such as elbows, knees, heels, and knuckles.
  5. Apply daily. For extremely dry skin, reapply before bedtime for overnight skin nourishment.
