Digene Tablets Acidity & Gas Relief Orange flavour 15'S contains Aluminium hydroxide (antacid), Magnesium hydroxide (antacid), Magnesium silicate (antacid), and Simethicone (anti-flatulent). Aluminium hydroxide, Magnesium hydroxide, and Magnesium silicate work by neutralising excess stomach acid. Simethicone works by lowering the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating gas expulsion through flatus or belching (burping). It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract.
