About Pantored 40 mg Injection 1's
Pantored 40 mg Injection 1's is primarily used to treat gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), heartburn, erosive oesophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (a rare condition in which the pancreas causes excessive acid production leading to peptic ulcers) and other conditions caused by excessive acid in the stomach. GERD is a condition that occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the oesophagus.
Pantored 40 mg Injection 1's contains Pantoprazole, which blocks the action of the gastric proton pump that is responsible for the production of acid in the stomach. This reduces the amount of acid produced, heals the ulcers, and prevents the formation of new ulcers.
Common side effects of Pantored 40 mg Injection 1's include headache, dizziness, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, gas, joint pain, redness, and swelling at the injection site. If the side effects persist or worsen, please consult a doctor.
