Pazom 40 mg Injection 1's is primarily used to treat gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), heartburn, erosive oesophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (a rare condition in which the pancreas causes excessive acid production leading to peptic ulcers) and other conditions caused by excessive acid in the stomach.
