Pylosak-Kit Combikit Tablet 6's is used to treat peptic ulcer disease caused by Helicobacter pylori infection. Helicobacter pylori is a type of bacteria that infects the stomach and leads to excess acid production. This effect leads to the formation of sores or ulcers in the stomach lining.

Pylosak-Kit Combikit Tablet 6's contains Clarithromycin, Esomeprazole, and Amoxicillin. Clarithromycin kills the bacteria (Helicobacter pylori) causing the infection. Esomeprazole reduces stomach acid secretion. Amoxicillin works by preventing bacterial cell formation, covering necessary for their survival.

• Management of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Pylosak-Kit Combikit Tablet 6's effectively reduces symptoms of GERD, such as heartburn and acid regurgitation, by lowering stomach acid production.
• Healing of Erosive Esophagitis: Pylosak-Kit Combikit Tablet 6's is often prescribed to promote the healing of inflamed oesophageal tissue caused by prolonged exposure to stomach acid.
• Prevention of Peptic Ulcers: Pylosak-Kit Combikit Tablet 6's helps prevent peptic ulcer formation, particularly in individuals undergoing long-term NSAID treatment.
• Eradication of Helicobacter pylori: Pylosak-Kit Combikit Tablet 6's is sometimes included in combination therapy to eliminate Helicobacter pylori infections, which are associated with peptic ulcers.

• Besides, if you notice skin rashes or lesions, especially on sun-exposed skin, stop the treatment and immediately consult a doctor.
