Rolopure-XL-25 Tablet is used in the treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure), Angina (heart-related chest pain), Arrhythmia (heart rhythm disorder), Heart attack and Migraine. The detailed uses of Rolopure-XL-25 Tablet are as follows:

• Treatment of Hypertension: Rolopure-XL-25 Tablet is prescribed to manage high blood pressure, helping to prevent complications such as stroke, heart attack, and kidney problems.
• Management of Angina Pectoris: Rolopure-XL-25 Tablet helps relieve angina symptoms by lowering the heart's oxygen demand during physical or emotional stress.
• Treats Arrhythmias: Rolopure-XL-25 Tablet is also used to restore normal heart rhythm in arrhythmic patients.
• Treats and Prevents Myocardial Infarction: Rolopure-XL-25 Tablet is used during and after a heart attack to reduce the risk of further cardiac events.

• Swallow the tablet as a whole with a glass of water.

• Do not take Rolopure-XL-25 Tablet with medicines like monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) for depression, other blood pressure-lowering medicines such as nifedipine, verapamil, diltiazem, disopyramide or quinidine (to treat irregular heartbeat).
• Get up slowly from a lying position, as Rolopure-XL-25 Tablet may cause dizziness and fainting if you stand up suddenly.
• Alcohol may increase the blood pressure-lowering effect of Metoprolol tartrate; hence, avoid consuming alcohol during treatment with Rolopure-XL-25 Tablet .
• Inform your doctor about all your current ongoing medications before taking Rolopure-XL-25 Tablet .
