Ornidazole inhibits protein synthesis and leads to cell death, thereby kills the bacteria. Together, Rooflo-OZ Tablet 10's helps in treating bacterial infections.

Rooflo-OZ Tablet 10's may cause photosensitivity (sensitivity to sunlight) and can make you sunburn easily. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or tanning beds. Always wear protective clothing and sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher before going out.

Co-administration of magnesium and aluminium-containing antacids, sucralfate, and iron-containing preparations with Rooflo-OZ Tablet 10's may reduce the absorption. Therefore, you are advised to take Rooflo-OZ Tablet 10's two hours before such preparations.
