It is primarily indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in patients six years and older who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, active psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in patients two years and older; adults with active ankylosing spondylitis (AS), adults with active non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA).

• Plaque psoriasis: Scapho 150mg/ml Injection is used for treating moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adults and children aged 6 years and older who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. It helps reduce the scaly, red, and itchy patches by targeting the inflammatory protein IL-17A.
• Psoriatic arthritis (PsA): Scapho 150mg/ml Injection is used alone or with other medications like methotrexate to treat active psoriatic arthritis in adults and children aged 2 years and older. It helps reduce joint pain, swelling, and stiffness while improving physical function.
• Ankylosing spondylitis (AS): Scapho 150mg/ml Injection is indicated for adults with active ankylosing spondylitis, a type of arthritis that primarily affects the spine and sacroiliac joints, causing pain and stiffness.
• Non-radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (nr-axSpA): Scapho 150mg/ml Injection is used in adults with this form of inflammatory arthritis that affects the spine but does not show up on X-rays, provided there are objective signs of inflammation.
• Enthesitis-related arthritis (ERA): Scapho 150mg/ml Injection is approved for children aged 4 years and older with active ERA, a subtype of juvenile idiopathic arthritis that causes inflammation where tendons and ligaments attach to bone.
• Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS): Scapho 150mg/ml Injection is also used to treat moderate to severe HS, a chronic skin condition that causes painful lumps, abscesses, and scarring, typically in areas like the armpits and groin.

• Be sure to follow your doctor’s recommendations for the correct dosage and timing of this medication.
• Check the label for directions and use Scapho 150mg/ml Injection as advised by the doctor. Inject the advised dose anywhere near the front of your thighs (upper leg) or abdomen (stomach) except your navel and the area 2 inches (5 centimetres) around it.
• Rotate the injection site each time. Do not inject into skin that is red, bruised, or hard.
