• Gently dab the gel directly onto the sore or ulcerated area in your mouth. Avoid rubbing the area harshly.
• Do not eat, drink, or rinse your mouth for at least 30 minutes after applying the gel to ensure the medicine is not washed away
• Close the tube tightly after each use to prevent the gel from drying out.

• Avoid irritating foods and drinks: Limit spicy, acidic, salty, or very hot foods and beverages, as they may worsen mouth irritation, increase discomfort, and slow the healing of mouth ulcers.
