Seroflo 250 Multihaler is a combination of Salmeterol and Fluticasone propionate. Salmeterol works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widening the airways. Fluticasone propionate works by acting on the nasal lining's inner cells and stopping releasing certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammatory reactions.

Some people may experience headaches, stomach upset, dizziness, nervousness, vomiting, fungal infection of the mouth, hoarseness of voice, sore throat, cough, and increased heart rate.
