Sertacream B Cream is a dermatological medication indicated for the topical treatment of fungal infection of the skin with eczema. Fungal infection is a skin disease in which a fungus attacks the tissue and causes infection. Fungal infections may be contagious (spread from one person to another).

Sertacream B Cream is a combination of two drugs, namely: Sertaconazole nitrate (antifungal) and Beclomethasone dipropionate (corticosteroid). Sertaconazole nitrate works by damaging the fungal cell membranes, ultimately killing fungi. On the other hand, Beclomethasone dipropionate works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. 

Sertacream B Cream is only for external use. Some people may experience skin tenderness, mild rash, dry skin, skin bruising, itching, irritation, redness, burning, or stinging sensation at the application site. Most of these side effects of Sertacream B Cream do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are allergic to Sertacream B Cream or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. If you are pregnant or a nursing mother, it is advised to consult a doctor before using Sertacream B Cream. Do not apply Sertacream B Cream to broken skin or open cuts/wounds. Do not swallow Sertacream B Cream. In case of accidental swallowing, please consult a doctor immediately. Avoid smoking or going near naked flames as Sertacream B Cream catches fire and burns easily.

• Fungal skin infections: Sertacream B Cream effectively treats conditions such as athlete’s foot, ringworm, and jock itch.
• Relief from inflammation: Sertacream B Cream reduces redness, swelling, and irritation due to fungal infections.
• Prevention of infection spread: Sertacream B Cream reduces the spread of fungal infection to the surrounding skin.

• Sertacream B Cream should be applied twice daily or as advised by your doctor.
• Check the label for directions before using this medication.
• Apply a thin layer of cream to the clean and dry affected area.
• Sertacream B Cream is for topical use only.
• If Sertacream B Cream accidentally comes into contact with the eyes, eyelids, lips, or mucous membranes, rinse with plenty of lukewarm water immediately.
• Wash your hands before and after using Sertacream B Cream if your hands are not the affected area.
