Stasin Tablet is used to treat an enlarged prostate gland. About Stasin Tablet

Stasin Tablet is used to treat the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men with an enlarged prostate. Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a non-cancerous growth of the prostate gland caused by the overproduction of a hormone called dihydrotestosterone in men.

Stasin Tablet contains Tamsulosin hydrochloride and Dutasteride. Dutasteride shrinks the enlarged prostate, and Tamsulosin hydrochloride relaxes muscles in the prostate and neck of the bladder. Thereby, Stasin Tablet treats enlarged prostate.

The most common side effects of Stasin Tablet are dizziness, lightheadedness, drowsiness, decreased sex drive or libido, runny/stuffy nose, reduced amount of semen/sperm, testicle pain/swelling, and increased breast size or breast tenderness. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor promptly.

What if I have taken an overdose of Stasin Tablet

Do not take more than the prescribed dose of Stasin Tablet as it may cause an overdose leading to unpleasant side effects. If you suspect you have taken an overdose, please consult a doctor immediately.

  • Do not take Stasin Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components.
