Supposits P-250 Suppositories 2x5's is used to treat mild to moderate pain and fever in adults and children weighing at least 7kgs. Pain and fever are caused by the activation of pain receptors due to the release of certain natural chemicals in the body like prostaglandins. 

Supposits P-250 Suppositories 2x5's contains 'Paracetamol' which prevents the release of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation. Thus, relieves pain. Supposits P-250 Suppositories 2x5's also acts as an antipyretic agent by affecting the chemical messengers in the brain that regulate body temperature. Thereby, reduces fever.

Not everyone who is taking Supposits P-250 Suppositories 2x5's will get these side effects. In some cases, Supposits P-250 Suppositories 2x5's may cause side effects like rash, soreness in or around the rectum/anus, and itching. What if I have taken an overdose of Supposits P-250 Suppositories 2x5's

Avoid exceeding the recommended dose as it could lead to an overdose. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, sweating, extreme tiredness, unusual bleeding or bruising, flu-like symptoms, yellowing of the skin or eyes, and pain in the upper right part of the stomach. If you experience these symptoms or suspect you have taken an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.
