Supraglip-M 20/500mg Tablet is used to treat type 2 diabetes. The detailed uses of Supraglip-M 20/500mg Tablet are as follows:

• Management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: Supraglip-M 20/500mg Tablet improves glycemic control in adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
• Improves Insulin Sensitivity: Supraglip-M 20/500mg Tablet helps the body respond better to insulin.
• Reduces Glucose Production: Supraglip-M 20/500mg Tablet suppresses the excess sugar made by the liver.
• Adjunct to lifestyle and therapy: Supraglip-M 20/500mg Tablet is prescribed alongside a healthy diet, regular physical activity to manage type 2 diabetes more effectively.

• Supraglip-M 20/500mg Tablet is indicated for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. It contains Metformin and Teneligliptin.
• Metformin is a biguanide, which works by reducing the production of glucose in the liver and decreasing its absorption from the intestines, thereby lowering blood sugar levels.
• Teneligliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitor that increases insulin secretion and decreases glucagon levels in the blood, especially after meals.

• Do not consume excess alcohol, as it increases the risk of lactic acidosis.
• Supraglip-M 20/500mg Tablet may lower vitamin B12 levels, so it is recommended to take blood tests regularly to identify any vitamin deficiencies.
