• Stay active gently: Regular, low-impact exercise can help reduce urinary symptoms, but avoid prolonged bicycle riding or activities that put direct pressure on your pelvic area.
• Avoid sudden cold temperatures: Exposure to sudden cold weather can sometimes cause urinary retention; try to stay warm during colder seasons.
   

• Do not donate blood: You must not donate blood while taking this medicine and for at least 6 months after your last dose to prevent the drug from being given to a pregnant woman through a blood transfusion.

• Inform your eye surgeon: If you are planning to undergo cataract or glaucoma surgery, tell your eye doctor well in advance that you are taking Tamdosin D Tablet , as it can affect your pupils during the procedure.
• Handle with extreme care: Women, children, and adolescents must never handle the capsules. If a capsule is cracked or leaking, avoid any direct skin contact, and wash the area immediately with soap and water if contact occurs.
• Keep your medical appointments: Your doctor will need to monitor your prostate health and perform routine tests, including checks on your prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels, while you are on this medication.
