Telrose Tablet is used in the treatment of high blood pressure associated with high cholesterol levels. It contains Telmisartan and Rosuvastatin, which widen and relax blood vessels. This lowers high blood pressure. Also, it helps reduce bad cholesterol LDL (low-density lipoprotein) and increase good cholesterol HDL (High-density lipoprotein). In some cases, you may experience an allergic reaction, low blood pressure (Hypotension), itching of the skin, Stevens-Johnson syndrome (blistering of skin, mouth, eyes, and genitals), and decreased platelet cell count (thrombocytopenia). Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.

About Telrose Tablet
Telrose Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure associated with high cholesterol levels. Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is a chronic condition in which the force exerted by the blood against the artery wall is high. High cholesterol, known as hyperlipidemia, occurs when there is an excess of unhealthy cholesterol in the blood.
Telrose Tablet is a combination of Telmisartan and Rosuvastatin. Telmisartan works by blocking the action of a hormone called angiotensin II in the body, which causes the narrowing of blood vessels and leads to high blood pressure. Rosuvastatin works by blocking liver enzymes (HMG-CoA-reductase), causing the liver to produce less cholesterol. Thus, Telrose Tablet lowers the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides.
In some cases, you may experience an allergic reaction, low blood pressure, skin itching, and decreased platelet cell count (thrombocytopenia). Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.
Before starting Telrose Tablet , please inform your doctor if you have kidney disease or have undergone a kidney transplant. Renal artery stenosis(narrowing of the blood vessels to one or both kidneys), liver disease, and heart trouble. Do not take Telrose Tablet on your own as self-medication.
