It may cause side effects such as headache, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, sweating, muscle cramps, shaking (usually of hands) and feeling restless or excitable, or problems sleeping. Thyrox 37.5 mcg Tablet is primarily used to treat underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism). Hypothyroidism is a chronic disorder, which happens when the thyroid gland (located in the front lower part of the neck) is unable to make enough thyroid hormone.
