TOLKEM SR 450MG TABLET belongs to a group of medicines known as centrally acting muscle relaxants, used to treat acute musculoskeletal pain (pain originating in muscles, bones, or joints). Acute musculoskeletal pain is pain perceived within an area of the body and assumed to occur from the muscles, joints, or bones in that area.

TOLKEM SR 450MG TABLET contains  Tolperisone, a muscle relaxant. It works on the spinal cord and centres in the brain to relieve muscle contraction or stiffness without reducing strength. It increases blood supply to the muscles. This improves muscle movement and reduces pain.

You may experience certain common side effects, such as dizziness, sleepiness, diarrhoea, sweating, abdominal pain, and weakness.
