Triolmezest 40 Tablet is used for lowering high blood pressure (hypertension) by removing extra fluid (electrolytes) from the body. It works by relaxing and widening the narrowed blood vessels. Triolmezest 40 Tablet is primarily used for lowering high blood pressure (hypertension) by removing extra fluid (electrolytes) from the body. High blood pressure is a chronic condition in which the force of blood against the artery walls is high.

Triolmezest 40 Tablet is a combination of Olmesartan, Amlodipine, and Hydrochlorothiazide. Olmesartan blocks the hormone angiotensin, thereby relaxing and widening the narrowed blood vessels. Amlodipine reduces the heart's workload and makes it more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Hydrochlorothiazide removes extra water/fluid and certain electrolyte overload from the body.
