Drug-Disease Interactions: Tydol 100 Tablet 10's interacts with disease conditions including impaired GI motility, infectious diarrhoea, liver disease, prematurity, acute alcohol intoxication, drug dependence, gastrointestinal obstruction, hypotension, intracranial pressure, respiratory depression, biliary spasm, renal dysfunction, seizure disorders, and urinary retention.
Drinking alcohol while taking Tydol 100 Tablet 10's may aggravate some side effects, such as tiredness and dizziness.

There is little information available on the use of Tydol 100 Tablet 10's while breastfeeding. Tablet forms of Tapentadol are not suggested for children and adolescents below the age of 18 years.Tapentadol is available in oral solution form, which can be recommended for children more than 2 years of age with a body weight of more than 60 kg.
