Ubil Tablet 10'scontains an 'anti-histamine/anti-allergic' medication, primarily used to treat various kinds of allergic symptoms like blocked/runny/itchy nose, red/watery eyes, and skin rashes. An allergy is an immune system response to foreign elements typically not harmful to your body. These foreign elements are known as ‘allergens’. Allergic condition varies from person to person. Some might be allergic to certain foods and seasonal allergies like hay fever. At the same time, others might be allergic to pollen or pet dander.
Ubil Tablet 10's contains bilastine (anti-histamine), which is used to treat allergies. It works by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger known as ‘histamine’, which is naturally involved in allergic reactions. In short, it helps to relieve the discomfort and unpleasant symptoms that occurred due to allergic conditions, like blocked/runny/itchy nose, red/watery eyes, and skin rashes.
Take Ubil Tablet 10's as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Ubil Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending upon your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, dry mouth, sore throat, nausea, cold-like nose symptoms (in children), or diarrhea (in children). Most of these side effects of Ubil Tablet 10's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.
You should not take Ubil Tablet 10's if you are allergic to bilastine, currently breast-feeding, or have severe kidney failure (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min), the problem of urinary retention, and fructose intolerance. Do not give this medicine to children who are less than 12 years of age groups. Check with your doctor if you are taking midodrine to treat low blood pressure and ritonavir for HIV infection.

Please consult your doctor before using Ubil Tablet 10's, if you are pregnant or planning to conceive. Let your doctor know before starting Ubil Tablet 10's if you are a breastfeeding mother. Avoid consuming alcohol with Ubil Tablet 10's as it could lead to increased drowsiness or dizziness. Do not drive if you feel sleepy after taking Ubil Tablet 10's.
Ubil Tablet 10's may cause excessive dizziness when taken with alcohol, so intake should be avoided together.
Ubil Tablet 10's is pregnancy category B medicine, so it can be used by the pregnant mother only if your doctor has prescribed it.
Take Ubil Tablet 10's only when prescribed, it is known to pass on in a limited quantity via breast milk to the child.
Ubil Tablet 10's should be used with caution while driving as it may interfere with driving capabilities. You may feel drowsy or sleepy after taking Ubil Tablet 10's.

You should not take Ubil Tablet 10's if you have had an allergic reaction to Ubil Tablet 10's, intolerant to lactose or sorbitol, have liver or kidney failure, epilepsy (fits), difficulty in peeing. Tell your doctor that you are taking Ubil Tablet 10's and have booked an allergy test as it might affect the diagnostic result.
No, you are not recommended to stop taking Ubil Tablet 10's without consulting your doctor as it may worsen the condition or cause recurring symptoms. Therefore, take Ubil Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it, and if you experience any difficulty while taking Ubil Tablet 10's, please consult your doctor.
Ubil Tablet 10's is not recommended for use in patients with prostate enlargement since Bilastine may cause or worsen urinary difficulty in patients with prostate enlargement. It is advised to consult your doctor before using Ubil Tablet 10's.
