Your doctor may prescribe Vesnic Tablet 10's to help manage the following conditions:

• Swallow Vesnic Tablet 10's as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or break it.

• Manage Blood Sugar: If you have diabetes, monitor your blood glucose levels closely. Maintaining stable blood sugar is critical to stopping further nerve damage.
• Limit Alcohol Intake: Avoid or significantly limit alcohol consumption. Alcohol can worsen nerve damage (neuropathy) and prevent your body from absorbing methylcobalamin and folic acid.
• Incorporate Gentle Exercise: Engage in low-impact activities like walking, swimming, or stationary cycling to improve blood circulation to your limbs.
• Inspect Your Feet Daily: If you have neuropathy, check your feet daily for cuts, blisters, or redness, as reduced sensitivity can make it hard to feel minor injuries.
   

• Monitor blood sugar: If you have diabetes, alpha lipoic acid may lower blood sugar levels. Check your blood sugar regularly, particularly when starting treatment.
