Stomach ulcers occur when stomach acid damages the protective lining of the digestive tract, resulting in abdominal pain. IBS affects the large intestine, causing changes in bowel movements and abdominal pain.

Xenspas 10mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medicine that contains two active ingredients: Omeprazole (a proton pump inhibitor) and Dicyclomine (an anticholinergic/antispasmodic agent).
