Xyroprol-XR 25 Tablet is used in the treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure), Angina (heart-related chest pain), Arrhythmia (heart rhythm disorder), Heart attack and Migraine. The detailed uses of Xyroprol-XR 25 Tablet are as follows:

• Treatment of Hypertension: Xyroprol-XR 25 Tablet is prescribed to manage high blood pressure, helping to prevent complications such as stroke, heart attack, and kidney problems.
• Management of Angina Pectoris: Xyroprol-XR 25 Tablet helps relieve angina symptoms by lowering the heart's oxygen demand during physical or emotional stress.
• Treats Arrhythmias: Xyroprol-XR 25 Tablet is also used to restore normal heart rhythm in arrhythmic patients.
• Treats and Prevents Myocardial Infarction: Xyroprol-XR 25 Tablet is used during and after a heart attack to reduce the risk of further cardiac events.

• Get up slowly from a lying position, as Xyroprol-XR 25 Tablet may cause dizziness and fainting if you stand up suddenly.
• Alcohol may increase the blood pressure-lowering effect of Metoprolol tartrate; hence, avoid consuming alcohol during treatment with Xyroprol-XR 25 Tablet .
• Inform your doctor about all your current ongoing medications before taking Xyroprol-XR 25 Tablet .
