I recommend starting with over-the-counter, preservative-free artificial tears (lubricating drops containing carboxymethylcellulose or propylene glycol) to soothe your eyes. If you suspect allergies are the cause, antihistamine eye drops (like ketotifen) can be very helpful. Please avoid rubbing your eyes. If the watering persists or if you develop pain, redness, or vision changes, please see an eye doctor to check for issues like a blocked tear duct. It is a very common and highly treatable condition!
