Second month of pregnancy the Ayurveda regimen talks about more or less the same food as the first trimester like Kshira, Drava ahara Madhura ahara; but here the milk is told to be processed with some herbal supplements which is more nourishing for the growing fetus because the demand in the second month of pregnancy is a little more than that of the first month of pregnancy and also the drugs are told to be very the food that is eaten or the medicines that is taken is told to be very, very mild in nature and not very spicy food is
advised. Because it it again the spicy food and the sour food gives in regurgitation. So it is been advised that these food should be avoided and food which is sweet and light for digestion and doesn't have a very spicy or a strong flavor has to be taken by the mother.
