4-Steps Gel

4-Steps Gel is used to treat pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis and musculoskeletal disorders, including tenosynovitis, tendinitis, periarthritis, strains, sprains, and low back pain.

4-Steps Gel contains 'Piroxicam', which works by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger in the body called prostaglandins.

In some cases, 4-Steps Gel may cause common side effects such as mild skin irritation, redness, and itching. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to speak to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Do not use 4-Steps Gel if you are allergic to any of its contents. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning for pregnancy, or breastfeeding. 4-Steps Gel is not recommended for use in children.

4-Steps Gel is used to relieve pain and inflammation. The detailed uses of 4-Steps Gel are as follows:

• Pain Relief in Musculoskeletal Condition: 4-Steps Gel is used to relieve pain associated with musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, strains and sprains.
• Relief from Soft Tissue Injuries: 4-Steps Gel is effective for treating soft-tissue injuries such as muscle strains and ligament sprains.
• Management of Inflammatory Conditions: 4-Steps Gel can be used to treat various inflammatory conditions affecting joints, muscles, and tendons, such as tendinitis or tenosynovitis.
• Post-Operative Pain Relief: 4-Steps Gel may be used to relieve localised pain, reduce inflammation, and improve post-operative recovery after musculoskeletal surgical procedures.

• Use 4-Steps Gel as advised by your doctor.
• Rub gel into the affected area until it disappears completely.
• Do not apply 4-Steps Gel on damaged skin, such as wounds, dermatitis or infections.
• Do not apply 4-Steps Gel near nose, eyes, mouth, genital or anal (bottom) areas. If the gel comes into contact with these areas, rinse away with water.
• Do not cover the treated area with dressings or bandages.
• For external use only.

• 4-Steps Gel belongs to the group of medications known as NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) used to treat pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis and musculoskeletal disorders, including tenosynovitis, tendinitis, periarthritis, strains, sprains, and low back pain.
• 4-Steps Gel works by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger called prostaglandins.
• Prostaglandins are produced at injury sites and cause pain and swelling.
• By blocking the effect of COX enzymes, fewer prostaglandins are produced, which reduces mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the injured or damaged site.

• Do not use 4-Steps Gel if you are allergic to any of its contents, if you are hypersensitive to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs.
• Inform your doctor if you have/had peptic ulcers, heart surgery, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, stomach ulcers, bleeding problems, asthma, eczema, fluid retention, inflammatory bowel disease, or kidney or liver problems.
• Consult a doctor before using 4-Steps Gel if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• 4-Steps Gel is not recommended for children. Inform your doctor if you are taking any NSAIDs/or painkillers orally.
• 4-Steps Gel may cause Stevens-Johnson syndrome or toxic epidermal necrolysis.
• Stop using 4-Steps Gel and consult your doctor immediately if you develop rashes, blisters, skin peeling, flu-like symptoms, or ulcers in the mouth, nose, throat, connective tissue of the eye, or reproductive organs.
