Acteva DM Tablet is a multivitamin and mineral supplement. It treats neuropathy (nerve damage) and relieves numbness and tingling due to neurological disorders. It also protects the nerve cells from damaging degradation products and free radicals.

• Methylcobalamin or vitamin B12 helps rejuvenate and protect damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin.
• Alpha-lipoic acid is an antioxidant that prevents cell damage and decreases pain and numbness in neuropathy.
• Folic acid helps provide essential nutrients.
• Chromium helps control blood sugar levels and prevents nerve damage due to increased blood sugar.
• Selenium is a mineral that prevents various diseases of the heart and blood vessels, like stroke, complications from statin drugs, and abnormal cholesterol levels.

Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Do not break/crush/chew it.
