• Do not cover the treated area with bandages, dressings, or tight clothing unless your doctor specifically tells you to do so.
• Avoid getting the medication in your eyes, nose, mouth, or on sensitive areas like the groin unless directed.
• Always use Anaderm GM Ointment exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use more of it, or use it for longer than recommended, as this can increase the risk of side effects.
   

• Keep skin well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water and using a gentle, fragrance-free moisturiser on untreated skin areas to maintain the skin barrier.
• Avoid hot showers or baths, which can dry out and further irritate inflamed skin. Use lukewarm water instead.
• Wear loose, breathable cotton clothing over the treated areas to prevent friction and sweat buildup, which can worsen fungal and bacterial infections.
