Anofer SP Tablet is used to treat and prevent nutritional deficiencies such as iron deficiency anaemia, iron deficiency due to low intake of iron, or iron/nutritional deficiency that occurs during pregnancy and lactation. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food.
Anofer SP Tablet is a combination of Iron, Folic acid, cyanocobalamin, and zinc oxide. Iron helps in the transportation of oxygen throughout the body. Folic acid is necessary for various bodily functions. Cyanocobalamin helps in the proper functioning of the brain nerves and the production of red blood cells. Zinc oxide helps in the growth and development of body tissues.
In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as stomach upset, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
