About Astium D3 Tablet

Astium D3 Tablet is used to treat low calcium levels in conditions like Vitamin D deficiency, osteoporosis, hypoparathyroidism (low levels of parathyroid hormone), and latent tetany (a muscle disease with low blood calcium levels).

Astium D3 Tablet consists of elemental calcium and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), which help maintain blood calcium and phosphorus levels and support bone mineralisation.

Take Astium D3 Tablet as advised by your doctor. Sometimes, it may cause side effects like constipation and stomach upset. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time.

What if I have taken an overdose of Astium D3 Tablet

Take Astium D3 Tablet only as prescribed by the physician. Do not exceed the recommended dose, as it might cause an overdose. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, headache, drowsiness, weakness, tiredness, and mood/mental changes. If you experience these symptoms or suspect you have taken an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.
