Auroflox Eye Drops 5 ml is used to treat bacterial eye infections, including conjunctivitis and ulcers of the cornea. Conjunctivitis (pink eye) is a common bacterial eye infection associated with the inflammation or infection of the conjunctiva (white part of the eye) and the inner eyelid. 

Auroflox Eye Drops 5 ml contains Ofloxacin, which works by inhibiting DNA gyrase (bacterial enzyme) that is involved in repairing and replicating the DNA (genetic material) of bacteria. Thereby, it kills bacteria and clears infection.

Use Auroflox Eye Drops 5 ml as prescribed by your doctor. Auroflox Eye Drops 5 ml is only for use in eyes. You are advised to use Auroflox Eye Drops 5 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience dry eyes, blurred vision, eye discomfort, eye redness, mild itching, or irritation in the eye. • Bacterial eye infections: Auroflox Eye Drops 5 ml is used to treat bacterial infections of the eye such as conjunctivitis caused by bacteria.
• Corneal Ulcers: Auroflox Eye Drops 5 ml is also used to treat corneal ulcers, especially those caused by bacterial infections.
• Post-Surgical Infection Prevention: Auroflox Eye Drops 5 ml may be used to prevent infection after certain eye surgeries like cataract surgery by controlling harmful bacteria in the eye.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the number of drops advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes.
• Auroflox Eye Drops 5 ml is for ophthalmic use only. Not for injection.
• Do not touch the dropper tip or other dispensing tip to any surface since this may contaminate solution.
