You are not recommended to take Bical-D3 500/250 Tablet 15's with levothyroxine as co-administration of these two medicines at the same time may reduce the effectiveness of levothyroxine. However, if you are supposed to take both medicines, you are advised to maintain a time gap of a minimum of 4 hours between taking Bical-D3 500/250 Tablet 15's and levothyroxine.

Bical-D3 500/250 Tablet 15's is not recommended for a patient suffering from kidney stones as it may worsen the condition. Therefore, if you have any kidney problems or have a history of kidney stones, please inform your doctor before taking Bical-D3 500/250 Tablet 15's.
