Bone D3 Tablet 10's works by increasing calcium and vitamin D levels in the body, thereby supporting the essential functions necessary for bone formation and maintenance. Together, they help prevent bone loss, support bone growth, and reduce muscle cramps caused by low calcium levels.

Bone D3 Tablet 10's is likely safe to consume. In some cases, it may cause common side effects like constipation, stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, weakness, tiredness, and headache. What if I have taken an overdose of Bone D3 Tablet 10's

If you accidentally take more medicine than your doctor told you to, or if a child has taken some medicine by mistake, contact your doctor or go to your nearest emergency department immediately. An overdose could cause adverse events. Signs and symptoms of overdose may include nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, mental/mood changes, headache, drowsiness, weakness, tiredness. Consult the doctor even if there are no signs of discomfort.

Drug Warnings

  • Avoid taking Bone D3 Tablet 10's if you are allergic to it.
  • It may contain sugar or aspartame. Hence, caution should be taken in diabetes and phenylketonuria (increased levels of an amino acid called phenylalanine).
  • Inform your doctor if you have any history of hypercalcemia (increased calcium levels in the body), kidney disease, liver disease, electrolyte imbalance, heart disease, kidney stones and hypervitaminosis D (having too much vitamin D) before taking Bone D3 Tablet 10's.
  • Higher doses of Vitamin D than the recommended daily dose should be used in pregnant women only when advised by the doctor.

  • Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, cheese, or milk-based custard in your diet.
  • Eat daily a serving of broccoli, cabbage, bok choy (Chinese white cabbage), spinach, and other green leafy vegetables.

Bone D3 Tablet 10's is not recommended for a patient suffering from kidney stones as it may worsen the condition. Therefore, if you have any kidney problems or have a history of kidney stones, please inform your doctor before taking Bone D3 Tablet 10's.
