Collasmart-A Capsule 10's belongs to the class of medications called nutritional supplements primarily used to reduce the symptoms of osteoarthritis such as joint discomfort and pain. It also improves flexibility and mobility. Osteoarthritis is a painful, degenerative, and inflammatory disease that affects synovial joints and eventually results in loss of mobility.

Aflapin and Undenatured Collagen type II are the two active components in Collasmart-A Capsule 10's. When taken as a dietary mineral supplement, they reduce joint inflammation and pain. It reduces joint pain and stiffness by inhibiting the enzymes (5-lipoxygenase) that generate inflammation or are responsible for joint pain, swelling and stiffness. It also improves flexibility, physical performance, as well as joint movement.

You should take this medication exactly as advised by your doctor. In some cases, Collasmart-A Capsule 10's may cause common side effects like nausea, heartburn, diarrhea, constipation, drowsiness, and headache. Most of these side effects of Collasmart-A Capsule 10's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult a doctor.

Do not use Collasmart-A Capsule 10's without physician advice if you had a skin reaction or irritation to any medicine. Consult your doctor before using Collasmart-A Capsule 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is unknown whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Collasmart-A Capsule 10's. • Load up on oily fish, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, salmon and orange juice for enhancing bone strength.

• Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.

• Doing weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, or even dance can be very useful in promoting overall bone health. However, do not over-exert yourself if you feel too tired or suffer from severely brittle bones. 

• Muscle training activities such as yoga and Pilates can also be very helpful.

• Spend time under the sun (however with proper sunscreen) for quality intake of Vitamin D.

• Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption and stop smoking as these may have a negative effect on bone health. Smokers tend to have lower bone density than non-smokers. Smoking can also interfere with the metabolism of Collasmart-A Capsule 10's.
