Cpink Suspension is used to treat anaemia (lack of blood) that occurs mainly due to poor diet, poor absorption of food, or increased folate use in the body (in pregnancy). Anaemia is a condition in which the body does not have enough red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to various tissues throughout the body.
Cpink Suspension is a combination of two drugs: Ferrous ascorbate and folic acid. Cpink Suspension works by increasing the production of red blood cells (RBCs) and haemoglobin (a protein) in the body. As a result, an adequate number of RBCs is produced in the body so that each tissue gets a sufficient supply of oxygen.
Not everyone who is taking Cpink Suspension will get these side effects. In some cases, you may experience vomiting, nausea, stomach upset or dark coloured stool. However, if you experience paleness of skin, diarrhea, severe nausea and vomiting, over-tiredness, dizziness, fainting, blood in the stools, unusual bleeding or bruising, fever, chills, body aches, flu-like symptoms, skin reactions, mouth ulcers or sores, and/or numbness, burning or tingling sensation in the hands and feet, contact a doctor. However, if you experience diarrhoea, paleness of skin, severe nausea and vomiting, over-tiredness, dizziness, fainting, blood in the stools, unusual bleeding or bruising, fever, chills, body pains, flu-like symptoms, skin reactions, mouth ulcers or sores, and/or numbness, burning or tingling in your hands and feet, contact your doctor.
Coadministration of Cpink Suspension 200 ml and Cholestyramine may interfere with the absorption of Cpink Suspension 200 ml.

Although taking Cholestyramine and Cpink Suspension 200 ml together can result in an interaction, they can be taken together if prescribed by a doctor.
