Ferid-FZ Tablet may be used to help manage the following conditions:

• Iron Deficiency Anaemia: Ferid-FZ Tablet helps restore low iron levels in the body, allowing your bone marrow to produce enough hemoglobin to carry oxygen to your organs.
• Nutritional Deficiencies: This supplement replenishes essential vitamins and minerals that may be lacking due to poor diet, malabsorption issues, or recovery from illness.
• Support During Pregnancy: It helps meet the increased demand for red blood cells and supports healthy fetal development when suggested by a doctor.

When used as directed as part of your treatment plan, Ferid-FZ Tablet may provide the following benefits:

• Ferid-FZ Tablet can be taken with or without food. You can take it with food if you have stomach upset.

• Do not crush, break, or chew it.

• Take with vitamin C: Taking this supplement with a vitamin C-rich food or drink, such as an orange, kiwi, strawberries, or orange juice, may help your body absorb iron more effectively.
• Avoid foods and drinks that reduce iron absorption: Avoid tea, coffee, milk, dairy products, calcium supplements, and antacids for at least 2 hours before or after taking this supplement, as they can reduce iron absorption.
• Eat an iron-rich diet: Include foods such as lean meat, poultry, fish, beans, lentils, spinach, and iron-fortified cereals in your meals to help maintain healthy iron levels.
