Festive-D Eye/Ear Drop 10 ml

Your doctor may recommend these drops to help manage the following conditions:

• Bacterial Eye Infections: It helps clear bacterial conjunctivitis (pink eye) and other surface infections of the eye while reducing painful swelling and redness.
• Bacterial Ear Infections: It treats infections of the outer ear canal, helping to relieve painful inflammation, itching, and ear discharge.
• Post-Surgical Inflammation: It is used to prevent infection and manage inflammation after certain eye or ear surgeries.

When taken consistently as directed, these drops may provide the following physiological benefits:

• Provides dual-action relief: By treating both the bacterial infection and the body's inflammatory response, this medicine helps relieve symptoms such as throbbing pain, burning, and itching more quickly than an antibiotic alone.
• Helps restore normal function: By reducing swelling, it helps improve eye or ear symptoms. In the eye, it may reduce puffiness and discharge, allowing clearer vision. • Festive-D Eye/Ear Drop is intended for use in the eyes and ears only.
• For eye use: Tilt your head back and pull your lower eyelid downwards and outwards; instil the drops into the eye pouch.
• For ear use: Tilt your head to the side and gently instill drops inside the ear. Keep your head tilted for a minute to let the drops soak in.
• Do not touch the dropper with your bare hands when administering the drops to prevent contamination.

• Avoid contact lenses: Avoid wearing contact lenses while treating an eye infection with these drops, as the lenses can trap bacteria and absorb the ingredients in the drops, increasing irritation.
• Keep the area dry: Keep water, soap, and shampoo out of your ears or eyes while bathing to prevent further irritation and keep the area dry.
• Avoid swimming: Do not swim in pools, hot tubs, lakes, or oceans during treatment, as water can introduce new bacteria to the healing areas.
• Avoid rubbing or scratching: Avoid rubbing your eyes or scratching your ears, which can worsen inflammation and spread the infection.
• Maintain good hygiene: Wash your hands frequently, especially before and after using your drops, and use separate towels to avoid spreading the infection to other family members.
