Flucharge Ointment is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial skin infections such as impetigo, infected cuts and abrasions, infected eczema and contact dermatitis. Bacterial skin infections occur when bacteria enter the body through broken skin, cuts, or wounds.

Flucharge Ointment contains ‘Sodium fusidate’ that works by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required for the survival of the bacteria. Thereby, Flucharge Ointment helps in treating skin infections.

Flucharge Ointment is generally well-tolerated. However, it may cause mild stinging sensation and irritation in some cases. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. If the side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor.

Do not use Flucharge Ointment if you are allergic to any of its components. Consult your doctor before using Flucharge Ointment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid contact of Flucharge Ointment with eyes, nose or mouth; if contact occurs accidentally, rinse thoroughly with water.
